Thanks for your feedback. Also, take a look at your "Services". Type services in the search window of the start menu. Right click on it and select "Run as Admin".

Scroll through the list of services, look for one that appears to be related to MSO OFfice Proofing I don't know the exact name to look for.

In the 3rd columns, Status, is it "Started"? If not, right click on the service line, select properties and click on the STart button. Also change the "Startup Type" to :"Automatic". OK out of dialog. There is also a slight possibiltiy that it won't run on Windows STarter.
