Can you help us improve? Resolved my issue. Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Incorrect instructions. In the image below, I have 3 objects in my powerpoint for mac Office Two are text boxes and one is a shape, and all have been selected.

When I try to group these object together, the group button is greyed out. I can however, copy two of the blue boxes and group them. I can also group the word "Start" with the blue box. I cannot, lastly, group the text "Basic best practices" with the blue box. The 'ungroupe' behavior is similar to what happens if I try to group the page title to the blue box group is greyed out.

I have attempted to change the layout so all the slide layout is "Title Only", but the text "basic best practices" and every other text box with bulleted or numbered lists on my page I have several still will not group with anything. Was this reply helpful? For more info, see Wrap Text.
